About BYB Services

BYB Services provides business setup support, website design and development, digital systems setup, branding support, and related services for Australian businesses.

All services are provided as agreed in writing between BYB Services and the client.

Scope of Services

The scope of services will be outlined in a proposal, invoice, or written communication prior to commencement.

Any services requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

No Professional Advice

BYB Services is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory service.

All information, guidance, templates, or support provided by BYB Services is for general business support purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

Clients are responsible for seeking independent professional advice where required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Supply content, approvals, and feedback when requested

  • Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

Fees & Payments

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment terms are outlined on invoices.

  • Work may not commence until payment or deposit is received.

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Revisions & Changes

Revisions are limited to what is included in the agreed service package.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Services

BYB Services may assist with third-party platforms including, but not limited to, website hosting providers, domain registrars, booking systems, payment processors, and email services.

BYB Services is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages or errors

  • Changes to third-party pricing or features

  • Ongoing subscriptions or fees charged by third parties

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients retain ownership of their business content and assets.

  • BYB Services retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYB Services is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Errors arising from information supplied by the client or third parties

Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing.

Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
